EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You can return or exchange products purchased through our website within 7 days from the date of purchase. However, for products included in 50% and higher discounts, returns are not possible—only exchanges can be made.
Please ensure that the dress you wish to return or exchange:
- has not been worn,
- has not been washed,
- still has all original tags attached,
- is in its original packaging.
To help you faster, please contact our team within 7 days from the purchase date before shipping the dress for a size exchange or return request. Our team will guide you through the process and assist you in finding the right size.
Return and Exchange Conditions:
- The dress must still have its tags attached and show no signs of wear, tearing, or damage.
- Return and exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date the order was received.
Products Not Eligible for Exchange:
- Dresses that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Dresses that have been altered/tailored upon customer request.
- Dresses without original tags or packaging.
- Dresses that do not meet the above return and exchange conditions.
- No returns or exchanges are available for international orders.
