INFORMATION AND ENLIGHTMENT NOTIFICATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (KVKK)
As Kenzel (GODE GİYİM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ), we would like to inform you about the "Personal Data Protection Law" regarding personal data, which is prepared in order to protect fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the privacy of private life, considering the security of our valued customers and solution partners.
Our aim is to inform you in the most transparent way about how your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing, legal reasons and your rights, in line with your satisfaction.
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) that entered into force on April 7, 2016, regarding all kinds of personal data that you have submitted to our Institution or that our Institution has obtained within the framework of its procedures and transactions, as well as all kinds of special data including biometric data and health data (“Data”), our Institution, in its capacity as Kenzel ŞİRKETİ Data Controller, may obtain, record, store, preserve, update, change, rearrange in order to continue its services, disclose to third parties, transfer, convey, share, classify, anonymize and process in other ways specified in the law, personal information within the framework described in the law.
Purposes and legal reasons for processing your personal data; Your personal data is processed for the purposes of carrying out, conducting and developing transactions within the scope of our field of activity within the scope of the legislation, carrying out promotional, marketing and campaign activities for these services and products, fulfilling the requirements of the contracts you have concluded and/or we have concluded, conducting intelligence, information research and credibility assessments, planning, statistics, customer satisfaction studies, ensuring security, complying with the information storage, reporting and information obligations stipulated by the authorities, providing you with better and more reliable service, developing suitable services and products for you and ensuring the uninterrupted continuation of this, and for other reasons.
Method of collecting personal data: Your personal data may be collected by automatic or non-automatic means, in written, verbal or electronic form.
For the purposes specified above, persons/organizations to whom personal data may be transferred: Your Personal Data may be transferred to our Institution's affiliates and their subordinates; employees, company officers, legal, financial and tax advisors, auditors and persons, institutions and organizations permitted by the legislation and other third parties to whom you have express consent.
Your Rights Under Article 11 of the Law; By applying to our Institution, you have the right to; a) learn whether your personal data has been processed, b) request information if your personal data has been processed, c) learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, ç) know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, domestically or abroad, d) request correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, e) request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, f) request notification of the actions taken pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) above to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, g) object to any adverse outcome arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems, and ğ) request compensation for the damages you incur due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
It is possible to exercise your rights as of 07.10.2016, which is the effective date of the regulation, and we reserve the right to request from you the expenses incurred by our Institution in order to ensure the fulfillment of your requests, in accordance with the tariff specified in Article 13 of the KVKK titled “Application to the Data Controller”.
